The foundation has less coverage

The 110N shade is not the same color as shown on the website. I requested an exchange, but they wouldn't accept it because I had opened the box. How ridiculous! Of course I opened the box! Whenever you buy a product, you have to look at it, and if something isn't right, you file a claim. But no, their return policy is garbage, even with proof of their mistake. I won't be buying from Kay again, thank you.

I bought a 110N, the foundation arrived with that number but the color is the same as a 150N 😮‍💨, what a disappointment, my face ended up two-toned.
