What happens if I need to return my product?
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on support@kaybeauty.com. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
How do I return an item purchased on KayBeauty.com?
Kay Beauty offers its customers refund policy, wherein you can raise a return and refund request of a product within 7 days of its delivery only in case of damaged/wrongly delivered products from their order page and return your order.
Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse

Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged

Serial Number is tampered with.

Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty

Terms and conditions for returns and exchanges
Please do not return any product before receiving any confirmation from our team on the website. In case any product is returned without confirmation, we do not guarantee we’ll be able to process your request. Once we receive the products, our quality control team will examine them for all defects or variations, based on your claim. Upon confirmation from our quality control team that your return fulfills all the conditions mentioned above, we will initiate your exchange or return request. We will send you an email and SMS to let you know if your return has been accepted or rejected. The refund amount will be credited back to the original source of payment within 15 business days.
Returns will be accepted only for products purchased on this website. Kay Beauty products bought from other stores/websites cannot be returned to us. If we find that a customer is misusing the exchanges and refunds policy, we reserve the right to refuse the request
