I ordered two products from Kay Beauty in October 2026, only to receive stock manufactured in 2024 and 2025. This is completely unacceptable, particularly for a brand of Kay Beauty’s stature.

Despite sending repeated emails requesting replacements, I received no satisfactory resolution. Eventually, I was informed that the products would be picked up and my money refunded. However, no one ever turned up for the pickup. To make matters worse, the tracking system falsely showed that the pickup had failed because the consignee was unavailable, which was simply not true. No pickup attempt was made at all.

The entire experience has been extremely disappointing, from receiving old stock to the complete lack of accountability and failure to resolve the issue. I expected much better from Kay Beauty.

I have lost all confidence in the brand and will certainly never order from Kay Beauty again.

The best lipstick I ever used. Glides like butter. The shade brave looks great on men my daughter. So full marks.
